I Was Seen In The ER For Chest Pain Last

I was seen in the ER for chest pain last week. I have a hx of asthma and heart arrhythmia w/tachy. After an x-ray, CT, bloodwork, etc. they diagnosed me with pulmonary infiltrates in my left upper lobe. I haven't been sick other than a mild cold in October. I was in a high speed, bad car wreck in October as well. Any idea what this could be from?
