I Was Seen In The Er Last Thursday For Feeling

I was seen in the Er last Thursday for feeling faint, nausea and dizziness. The ER doctor said that I have vertigo. I am still having the symptoms but the last few days, I feel very weak, fatigued, trouble sleeping, when I do sleep I have trouble waking up and severe headaches. Also, I've been having pains on the right side of my body and muscle spasms. My mood swings are like a roller coaster. Yesterday morning, my roommate said he tried to wake me up, he stated that I snapped at him but I don't remember anything. Normally before he leaves in the morning, he'll come get my dog to let him out and I wake up or the light from his room wakes me up. I am not sure what's going on with me and after him telling me what I did, I have been in tears. I don't feel myself at all. I don't have insurance so I can't afford to have test run on me or afford to have high doctor bills. I've tried getting medicaid but I have been denied, which doesn't make since because I am currently unemployed but I am going to school. I just don't know what to do at this point. I can keep going to the ER but the bills are going to just get higher. My appetite is good even though I am nauseous and I do drink plenty of fluids. Is there anything you can suggest that you think could be going on or suggestions of what I may need to have tested?
