I Was Seen In Urgent Care Today With Little Bacteria

I was seen in urgent care today with little bacteria in urine sample. I was give antibiotics while they culture the sample. the problem is I have been urinating for the past 24 hours with large amounts of bright red blood with several blood clots and severe pain. could this be stones or kidney infection
