I Was Sexually Assaulted Several Times By My Boyfriend Three

I was sexually assaulted several times by my boyfriend three years ago, but I'm not sure to what extent. Recently I've had a few symptoms such as mouth sores, one bloodshot eye, and genital pain that make me question whether or not I contracted anything. If my past boyfriend did indeed rape me, he's been my only sexual partner, and I don't know if he had multiple partners. Should I get tested for STIs, or am I potentially safe?
