I Was Shaving My Genital Area With Hair Clippers! Not

I was shaving my genital area with hair clippers! Not the best idea I know but about a day later I felt a very itchy feeling on the side of my penis on my scrotum. I itched it and now the skin has come off and it's Seeping out a yellowish greasy puss. I hate going to the Internet because everything I look up looks like herpes. What could this be and how do I treat it! Also lymph Node in my upper like abdomen feels swollen now as well.
