I Was Shopping And Came Over With Sweating Back Off

I was shopping and came over with sweating back off neck down back, I felt burning hot sweaty on forehead , and felt wobbly and hands started trembling legs felt shaky sat down for 5 mins after having cold drink of water felt like I was somewhere else. Later on very upset stomach, last night woke up with pain in middle of breast, had lot of wind. Lasted came and went then later on same again.
