I Was Sick For A Week Throwing Up And Being

I was sick for a week throwing up and being so dizzy the dizzy where it's like your drunk and sitting up makes you wanna puke and on the 5th day I went to the doctor she said blood count showed infection that a had a bug or virus. Received 2 shots and am much better now the nothing is still kinda dizzy when I am sitting up or walking what could this be and how can I fix it ? Thank you
