I Was Sick With The Flu (fever, Aches, No Energy,

I was sick with the flu (fever, aches, no energy, coughing) last week. This week, while no fever, I still have the lingering cough. I noticed today that after I cough, I have a "fizzing" sound in my throat. Should I be concerned or is it just part of the virus causing the cough?
