I Was Sitting At A Church Meeting The First Time

I was sitting at a Church meeting the first time this happened. I could hear everything but my eyes could not focus. Like everything was blury. Lasted 45 minutes the first time. 1 week ago tonight. Then on Sun it lasted about 30 minutes and then last night for about 10 minutes. What should I do? Also my feet and legs swell when riding or it is very hot.
