I Was Sitting At A Red Light When Hit From

I was sitting at a red light when hit from behind last night, my chin hit hard on the steering wheel and my chin is swollen & discolored & my right side of my face is throbbing & the ear drum feels as if I'm on a plane. I went to urgent care but they only X-ray my hand and shoulder. What type of Doctor should I see for my face & right side. While X-rays showed nothing broken, the pain is severe and worsening especially my chin, face, eat and headache/migraine. I don't have a family doctor but I have good insurance I just use PatientFirst when I need a doctor but fear they may not be thorough in this incident.
