I Was Sitting At A Stop Sign When Two Vehicle

I was sitting at a stop sign when two vehicle collided then ran into my vehicle. I drive left hand. I saw the accident but froze up when they started coming toward me. I have a dull felling in my left arm and across my neck area. My shoulder is burning; is this normal?
