I Was Sitting At My Desk Working When Suddenly The

I was sitting at my desk working when suddenly the left side of my chest was hurting me,it felt like something was cutting thru my chest my left arm was not hurting me but it felt so bad I had to lay down and rest I have high blood pressure and had 2 surgery on my back and 1 on my neck can you give me advice as what to do?
