I Was Sitting Down And When I Got I Was

I was sitting down and when I got I was soaking wet and I didn't even feel it coming two night late I wet the bed for two nights in a row I went and brought some depend and it hasn't happened again that what I thought but it happens again and I don't even feel it when it happen. What and why this happen? Should I be concern?
