I Was Sitting Down Earlier And Sneezed And Got A

I was sitting down earlier and sneezed and got a very sharp pain in my lower stomach above my pubic bone several mins later I started bleeding it was only heavy for a few mins then it slowed down to hardly anything with a dull aching but no sharp pains. Is this something I should be worried about?
