I Was Sitting Here At Laptop While Ago And All

I was sitting here at laptop while ago and all sudden from top of left side of face started tingling all way to my left foot and eyes went double vision , could not stand, never had this before. Don't know if this has anything to do with t but I had triple Aneurysm of the on June 1st. I am 75, then on the 12th. of this month had Ultra sound check up and it was rough he pushed so hard my stomach hurt for last to days. I also have Vertigo were I have very bad dizzy spells. Any clue to what brought this on? the vision trouble lasted even when the tingling stopped. I also have PAD for years and left leg was operate on in 2005. Can anyone help? thank you.
