I Was Sitting My Knees Where Crossed Until The Bottom

I was sitting my knees where crossed until the bottom (below my knee) of my right knee hurts really bad I tried to bend it back but it was really painful, after that I just stretched my right knee to try to stop the pain and it did but when I stand up I still feel a little pain. I don't know what to do please help.
