I Was Sitting, Reading, With My Legs On An Ottoman.

I was sitting, reading, with my legs on an ottoman.
With little foot movement, suddenly I felt what seemed like a 'twist' in the back /left quadrant next to the ankle bone of my left foot. Not severe pain, but moderate discomfort, causing me to walk with a bit of a limp.
Can't find a foot diagram specifying what's there --- maybe tendons?
For now, I'm going back to my book. May ice the foot.
Would be grateful for any response.
Thanks in advance,
Nancy
