I Was Slightly Crushed By A Large Trailer. I Was

I was slightly crushed by a large trailer. I was laying on my right side with both arms extended like super man on concrete. The trailer came down on my right shoulder and super squeezed my shoulders together in front of my body. I seem to have no pain on the left side. On my right side I have a slight bump over my right shoulder, pain and tenderness where the clavicle meets the sternum. There is a sharp pain in my chest when I cough or hiccup but not during regular breathing. I have limited movement in the shoulder and muscular weakness. I'm no stranger to pain and would rate it at 10 yesterday when it occurred, and a constant 5 all day today. Whatcha think?
