I Was Spotting For 4 Days & Passed A Solid

I was spotting for 4 days & passed a solid mass that was firm to the touch. It definitely isn't a clot. Sent the pic to a nurse & a gynae who thought it might be the uterine lining expelling or a cyst respectively. I'm at my wit's end. May you please identify it?
