I Was Spray Painting And The Fumes Were Quite Pungent.

I was spray painting and the fumes were quite pungent. I stayed away from it and put it outside but it was in my house for about 30 minutes max. It was a really thin layer. The only concern I have is smelling the fumes. Nothing went inside my body at all, but I'm concerned that I may have smelled the fumes a bit too much. I feel normal, but I'm just a Nervous Nelly sometimes.
