I Was Spray Painting Outdoors For Quite Some Time. I

I was spray painting outdoors for quite some time. I didn't think to use a mask. I noticed a dusting of paint around my nose area. When I blew my nose a lot of paint came out. I then used a neti pot to wash out my nose. My sinuses were burning after the use. I used bottled water. Now my sinuses feel a lot of pressure with a headache. I have been blowing my nose for a while and no longer see paint coming out, but still feel discomfort. Do I have cause for worry?
