I Was Spray Painting Outside For A Few Minutes Foolishly

I was spray painting outside for a few minutes foolishly without a mask and quite a lot of the fumes blew in my face and I inhaled it. Afterwards I felt really sick and now it's the next day and the room is still spinning, when will these effects go away? And could breathing that much in cause any damage?
