I Was Staining My Deck Sitting On A Stool For

I was staining my deck sitting on a stool for 3 days and now my right foot responds poorly. Although it's a bit better I have trouble lifting the ball of my foot. As I walk and land on the ball of my foot it is weak and the foot doesn't rock on the heel but slaps down. Thank you for your help.
