I Was Standing With My Head Tilted To The Left

I was standing with my head tilted to the left side and I yawned, when I was at full yawn I felt a pop in my lower neck/upper shoulder area and then got severe burning pain from the base of my skull to my scapula. It radiates and is extremely uncomfortable and then will become tolerable the radiate and hurt again. When I am in a laying down position it hurts to lift my head or open my mouth.
