I Was Started A ZPack On 4/16 For A Sinus

I was started a ZPack on 4/16 for a sinus infection with symptoms of congestion,sinus pressure, upper teeth pain on the left. I woke the next day with left facial swelling and increased pain. Over the next few days I did a couple nasal irritations and used warm compresses. I noticed a full area in my mouth on the left where the inside lip and gum areas meet. It felt like a bluster. Yesterday it spontaneously drained. No foul taste or odor that I noticed. It was a bright yellow and serous drainage. I now have an open area inside my left upper mouth.
I am rinsing with salt water and listerine. Facial swelling and pain are very much improved. Never had a fever.
i have an appt. on Tuesday. Should I be seen sooner or see my dentist ?
