I Was Started On Lyrica Last Tuesday And It Still

I was started on Lyrica last Tuesday and it still makes me feel like I'm drugged up all the time, will that stop soon? I am taking 150 mg in morn and 75 at nite. I had been on gabapentin for about 2 yrs and it wouldn't stop the pain enough to even go get groceries without coming out almost in tears
