I Was Stopping To Pick Up Our Mail, My Daughter

I was stopping to pick up our mail, my daughter was in the backseat and was going to grab it. I thought she was sliding over in the seat to reach out the window but instead she stepped out just as I rolled forward. Her ankle was pinned by the rear wheel. I had to back up to free it. She had a tire mark/bruising on the back calf. That went away within the day. We iced it. She is still having some ankle pain and around her leg up the front of the shin. I think she should go In, she thinks it will heal with time. We are on day 3 and she still has a limp. It hurts when I touch it, no discolor no swelling
