I Was Stretching My Arms Over My Head And All

I was stretching my arms over my head and all of a sudden the whole right side of my head was very painful. I found a large oval size lump behind my right ear and 30 minutes later I still have a headache in the front of my head. Last week four days I was itching all over my body and especially my head which continued until yesterday. I am 67 years old with fibromyalgia, a stent, tyroid disease. The past few weeks I have lost my balance, had difficulty remembering words. I have been very constipated and my abdomen has been extremely swollen. Should I go to emergency. Just wait until next week and try to get into see the doctor?? No thank you
