I Was Struck In The Chest By A Mobile Unit

I was struck in the chest by a mobile unit at work in Feb. recently I have been having soreness in my chest. This weekend I went to the ER with pain at a level of 8, I was told that my chest X-ray was normal however, I reviewed my report and it stated that I have a mild elevation of right diaphragm . My chest is very sore and painful. Do I need to have an MRI? I also had a sinus infection recently and coughed for several weeks?
