I Was Stung Monday Late Afternoon By Bees, 4-5 Times

I was stung Monday late afternoon by bees, 4-5 times in my left arm. It has been extremely itchy and my arm is swollen. Noon today I applied over the counter itch cream and took 2 generic antihistime, instructed by the pharmacist. The swelling doesn't appear to be going down. Should I take more antihistamine and wait it out until the morning?
