I Was Stung By A Bee This Morning On The

I was stung by a bee this morning on the palm of my hand near my thumb. My whole hand is swollen past my wrist about 2-3 inches up my arm. I was stung 4 hours ago. Red and extremely painful. Not hives are trouble breathing. I've been elevating and applying ice. Should I seek medical attention? How much is too much swelling?
My skin feels like it cannot stretch anymore!
