I Was Stung By A Wasp Around 1:00pm Today And

I was stung by a wasp around 1:00pm today and didn't think much about it. At work tonight I started itching and noticed my armpits were swore. I went into the bathroom and took off my shirt and I have a rash around both armpits, partly on my chest, lower back, groin area, waist and a little even on my feet. It is no 11 hours since the sting and I don't want to go into the doctor tonight and want to wait to see if I am better in the morning, is this safe and ok?
