I Was Stung By Some Sort Of Yellow Jacket Or

I was stung by some sort of yellow jacket or wasp (I think) on my arm near my shoulder about 7days ago. The sting hurt for about 30 minutes. My arm itched for several days and now my arm hurts all over. I'm taking ibuprofen. It's not just a little sore. The pain is really bad. Should I be concerned?
