I Was Suffering From Dengue And Its Around Almost 15

I was suffering from dengue and its around almost 15 days now when I was dischaged from hospital although I feel good but doctor told me to take rest for almost 2 months and I can't resist my self from doing any physical activity , doctor told me not to do any physical activity for at least 2 months is it true not to do that ?
