I Was Suffering From Pcos, I Used Metformin As Glucophage

I was suffering from pcos, I used metformin as glucophage 500 twice a day. Few months back my serum insulin report shows it is in normal range. I stopped glucophage.but I have severe pain during periods my doctor advised me to use progyluton for few months but my TVs shows chocolate cyst in both ovaries so doctor told me to stop progyluton, as I used progyluton for 2 months,now what can I do? Any treatment except surgery? Cyst size is 3 cm,my age is 27.
