I Was Suppose To Get A Fine Needle Biopsy Done

I was suppose to get a fine needle biopsy done for a lump in my mandibular region. However I have extreme anxiety when it comes to surgeries and needles, as well as a low pain tolerance. The dr refused to complete the biopsy after I couldn't handle the first needle. Is there an alternative to needle biopsy that does not involve needles or an IV???
