I Was Suppose To Have My Nexplanon Removed In October

I was suppose to have my Nexplanon removed in October I haven't had insurance. I didn't have a period for 3 years but lately I've been having one day periods twice a week almost. I kno you can get pregnant if it's exspired but with me having a period is it more likely I could get pregnant ??
