I Was Supposed To Start My Period On The 16th

I was supposed to start my period on the 16th I had no cramps no pain in my back or anything my breasts were tender and tingly around the nipples my emotions had been up and down for about 2 weeks and im tired all the time headaches more often and dizziness I woke up this morning with spotting a very light redish pink color and extreme pain in my lower back and belly I had my tubes tied almost 7 years ago not cut or burned only tied im very regular never missed a period and never late since tubal im worried it may be a tubal pregnancy or other complication
