I Was Supposed To Take A Depot Shot In December

I was supposed to take a depot shot in December but missed it. I have had spotting, sore breasts and even took a morning pill when i had unprotective sex this month. I have taken a pregnancy test and it cam eout negative. But my breasts are very tender and I am worried.
