I Was Swinging A Few Days Ago And Swing Broke

I was swinging a few days ago and swing broke and scraped/landed on lower leg and ankle. It hurt extremely bad the first night and was swollen but no bruise. The next day I had a bruise develop but no pain at all. But it is numb and still quite swollen. I can move my foot without trouble but cannot feel anything where it is bruised and swollen. Should I be concerned?
