I Was Switched From Paxil To Lexapro After 15 Yrs

I was switched from Paxil to Lexapro after 15 yrs on Paxil. I felt great after about a month or more on 20mg of Lexapro. Then I got bronchitis and put on Azithromycin, Albuterol sulfate, and Promethazine Dm.
Now my have major brain zaps I can't even drive. How long will this take to go away if those med's listed caused this? I also am on Adderall, clonazapam. I have never had a bad reaction to all three med's, so i'm guessing it could be the three new meds I finished my Z-pak I have not used the Albuterol sulfate for two days and refuse to use the promethazine dm because I do know DXM doe's not go well with ssri's. What can I do to stop these zaps? I have taken fish oil and a multi vitamin but it is not stopping these non stop zaps. I am familiar with these "zaps" from ssri discontinuation but I have never had it this bad non stop I haven't slept in two days. Should I go to the Er?
