I Was Taken Into The ER From Work When I

I was taken into the ER from work when I became dizzy and my blood pressure shot up to 195/110, I was having trouble breathing and felt weak and nauseous. The ER Doctor told me he thought it was acid reflux, I don't understand this diagnosis. I don't even get heartburn.

This is the second time this has happened in the last 6 months and the second time I was told it was acid reflux.
