I Was Taking 150mg Of Zoloft For About 5 Years.

I was taking 150mg of Zoloft for about 5 years. I titrated off slowly in the summer and stopped all together in October. I realized I needed it so I refiled the prescription. Ive been off for 3 months total. Should I go right back to 150mg daily or slowly build back up?
