I Was Taking 2 Clonazepam 0.5mg To Help Me Sleep

I was taking 2 clonazepam 0.5mg to help me sleep at night and this is what the doctor gave me instead since I am taking 1 dose of methadone but I used to take 3 all these new laws are confusing me and messing with what works for me also I do drink with my meds have been for over 15 yrs and I take 20 mg of oxyicode so will this help me sleep safely
