I Was Taking 5mg Norethindrone 1 Tab Daily X 10

I was taking 5mg norethindrone 1 tab daily x 10 days. My OBGYN said it would induce a period after about a week after stopping the pill. I'm actively trying to get pregnant and have not had regular period since stopping my birth control in September. My last period was December 23rd and have had multiple pregnancy test and blood work that shows I'm not pregnant. I'm on day 6 since I stopped the norethindrone and having cramping but no period yet. Could I be pregnant? Have not taken a test in a few weeks.
