I Was Taking Adderral For 1 Year. I Had To

I was taking Adderral for 1 year. I had to stop taking it because it got too expensive, and I moved and never found s new Doctor. The Adderral also made me insanely jittery. Is there a less "jittery" medication I could take? I notice my life is getting unmanagable again! Help!
