I Was Taking A Shower And Right Towards The End

I was taking a shower and right towards the end of it I started to feel like I had to go to the bathroom, but I didn't do anything. I then started to get a cramp (indigestion) like feeling in my lower chest/ upper abdomen. Then all of a sudden my legs got wobbly and I felt like I was going to faint. I quickly rinsed off and got out of the shower. I was feeling sick to my stomach by this time too so I tried sitting on the side of the tub, but that brought no relief. I then got into the fetal position on the floor for a few minutes until the symptoms subsided enough that I could get up. My legs still feel a little wobbly, I feel very overheated, and I have a headache. Should I be worried about this?
