I Was Taking A Zpack For Tonsilitis And Went Back

I was taking a zpack for tonsilitis and went back to the doctor today and they put me on doxycycline as well. I have two days left of the zpack, should i discountinue the zpack and just take the doxycycline or take the Last two days along with starting the new one?
