I Was Taking Anastrozole For My Her2 Breast Cancer But

I was taking anastrozole for my her2 breast cancer but it cause Extreme pain to my bones also it effected my eyes it caused numbness and tingling in my hands so now they recommend exemestane 25 mg but they have some of the same side effects is there any thing else.
