I Was Taking Batting Practice And After Several Swings, The

I was taking batting practice and after several swings, the left side of my neck became very sore from behind my ear almost to the top of my shoulder. The pain is intense. I can't turn my head to the left, sleep, etc. it has been about four days and the pain seems to be intensifying. I get minor relief with Tylenol. What did I do?
